The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of South Bombay, allowing easy exploration of the Colaba area of Mumbai. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though occasionally have a musty smell. The service is extremely friendly and efficient, even assisting with guiding Uber drivers amidst construction. The dining experience offers a wide variety of choices. However, the adjacent construction project for the Metro railway can be noisy at times.

The hotel offers very nice and tidy rooms, but they are not big enough. Although there was a bit of a musty smell due to construction, the cleanliness was noticeable. The service was very friendly overall, except for the porters at the valet parking who were a bit rude to our driver.
