The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of South Bombay, allowing easy exploration of the Colaba area of Mumbai. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though occasionally have a musty smell. The service is extremely friendly and efficient, even assisting with guiding Uber drivers amidst construction. The dining experience offers a wide variety of choices. However, the adjacent construction project for the Metro railway can be noisy at times.
The hotel room was not as described and had a horrible stale cigarette smell, feeling like a dungeon. However, it was somewhat comfortable, though I haven't stayed in a worse room in a while.
The hotel offers surprisingly cozy rooms in need of upgrading, but they provide ample space. Service is exceptionally warm, with well-trained staff delivering top-notch assistance. The location is unbeatable, especially for enjoying the sunset over the Arabian Sea. The dining options are good overall, although some areas need improvement.
The hotel offers very nice and tidy rooms, but they are not big enough. Although there was a bit of a musty smell due to construction, the cleanliness was noticeable. The service was exceptional, especially arranging a box meal for our journey and explaining the dish origins. My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms had amazing views, were incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and cosy, but unfortunately had a persistent bad smell. The service was impeccable with a greeting smile and courteous staff that made me feel special, although they seemed more focused on relaying tables than attending to guests' needs. The location was a good compromise, walkable to some places, but not the best due to the closed pedestrian paths from metro construction. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of tasty options but got congested quickly. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel offers a city view and amenities like breakfast were excluded after room selection. The shower leaked, leading to a flooded bathroom, unclean floors, and itchy sheets. However, the staff is incredibly friendly, going the extra mile to assist guests in various ways.
